This was a project which needed to get started on site quickly. We made initial enquiries to the planners whilst the house conveyancing was still ongoing. The planning and building regulations processes were undertaken concurrently, and a negotiated contract agreed with the builder so that work could commence immediately. The contractor, Greenoak, did an amazing job.
