We think you’ll agree that this one is bit special! Replacing a 1970s house, this new build 4 bed stone house, set amongst other list buildings in Warwickshire, is rather lovely.
The brief was to provide an imposing house facing onto the frontage to maximise the natural light and sunshine in the living spaces, a strong sense of entrance and an outstanding build quality. After exploring a number of styles, the client decided on a solid ashlar stone country house, which fits in really well with the local vernacular.
