We worked with developers I&O Ltd and they recently completed the sale on this four bedroom new build house in Marston, Oxford (sold through Scott Fraser). It achieved the asking price on the first day.

The scheme presented us with interesting design and engineering challenges for providing retaining structures on a steeply sloping site adjoining the end of a terrace of existing houses. The design was for two wings with a centrally linking kitchen, which had a dramatic sliding roof light.
